Weekly and monthly sessions with me

2 months of weekly hour-long sessions with me via Zoom (or live if you can come to my San Francisco studio*), followed by once/month personal sessions for the next 4 months.

+ lifetime access to the baseline course of video learning, which includes 100 video tutorials.

 

During your first 2 months, our live meetings will focus on reviewing your embodiment of  what you learn in the video tutorial – so I can  make sure you’ll be  successful.  

After you’ve owned those principles and movements, we will do a deep-dive to apply the applicable principles to all aspects of your life such as sports, workouts, work enviornment, recreational activities, and all of life!

Self-paced

Fee: $1200 for 2 months.
You can add additional months!

100 Video tutorials for self-paced learning + 2 interactive private sessions per month. Sessions can be live in person @ my studio, or via Zoom.

 

You can add additional months (with 2 private sessions per month) for $500 per consecutive month after the first two months. Your price will be locked in for up to 12 consecutive months from your start date, even if the program’s price increases

 

These additional months will allow you to review the learnings, practice, and retain my expertise to “bullet-proof your back” for your sports, workouts, work environment, and recreational activities. All of Life!

Access to 100 Video tutorials to keep your back healthy. Be assured that applying “just” the basic BB teachings of the 100 videos will profoundly improve how you feel!

 

You get 2 zoom sessions with me (you can record them) to be sure you understand how to implement the knowledge.  Alternatively, this can be done through photos & 2 minute videos sent to me so I can give you feedback on your form. This is essential & mandatory, so I can ensure your success.

 

If you are on a tight budget and can apply what you learn to every facet of your life, this solo version may be right for you. You must commit to the form checks via zoom or sending the  required photos and videos to me – so I can be sure you’ve absorbed the major principles & exercises I’m teaching!
