So I'm calling it a playshop, where you will enjoy scientific Stretching with your partner.

WHEN

WHAT

I will teach you assisted scientific stretching to open your hips and hearts, as well as basic posture and ergonomic principles so you can maintain the gains you achieved in the class.

HOW

I will guide you and your partner through a series of assisted stretch exercises! We will meet via Zoom. You will receive a link after you enroll.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Besides the optional Champagne and Chocolate, here are the minimum requirements to participate:

  • Reliable Internet connection
  • Comfortable clothing
  • An exercise mat (if you don’t have a mat, a carpet, a short stack of beach towels or any padded surface will suffice!)
  • A stool or flat chair
